Had a GIANT dead Oak fall from another individual's yard, fall across my neighbor's yard (and destroy his fence) and get hung up on a tree in my yard about 200ft or more up. If it moved an inch in either direction it would have destroyed my home. This was an emergency on a Saturday late night. They texted me back within an hour. They came out on a Sunday when NO ONE else would or could realizing I was in an unsafe situation. By Monday morning they were safely getting this tree down and cut up. They were priced 2k less than anyone else. (I had online quotes but everyone was "booked") They were also VERY educated about the trees, knowing what each was, how strong they were, types of diseases, and even what created the situation. They're respectful, honest, and on time. They communicated each step of their process. They answered ALL of my questions (and ive got twice as many as most). They didn't rush and weren't pushy. I've never used them before but I will utilize them in the future.
